Over the last year, St. Benedicts has been a close partner with MUST Ministries, a faith-based organization in Marietta, Smyrna and Cherokee County dedicated to providing services to persons and families in crisis while maintaining their dignity. As of March 10th, MUST has run out of spaghetti noodles and sauce and is running low on many other items. |

On March 9, the Christian Education Committee presented the film "The Greatest Story Ever Told." Due to the length of the movie (3 1/2 hours) and the fact that the movie is divided into two parts, it was decided to present the movie in two parts. Part I covered Jesus' birth and ministry up to Palm Sunday. The second part follows the events from palm Sunday through the Resurrection. The showing of the second part will be scheduled some time after Easter. As usual, all are welcome even if you weren't able to attend the first part. More information to follow. |

Please note that for the next two weeks, Palm Sunday and Easter Day, there will be no topical classes scheduled. We will resume on the first Sunday after Easter, March 30, with a series on the theory and practice of prayer. Charlie Cork's Bible survey class will continue with an examination of the Johannine epistles. I hope to see you there. |
