Stewardship Workshops

The Stewardship Commission of the Diocese of Atlanta offers stewardship workshops two or three times a year. The workshops are designed for clergy and lay leaders with responsibility for planning and leading the stewardship effort in their parishes.  Parishes are encouraged to send teams.

The next Stewardship Workshop will be from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m Saturday, Aug. 20, at the Cathedral of St. Philip, room 382.  There is no charge, but registration is required. Click here to register.

Workshop topics will be scripture-based and practical and are designed to help leaders evaluate the effectiveness of their present stewardship efforts.  Available programs and methods for organizing and targeting stewardship efforts throughout the church year will be discussed.  Stewardship Commission resources are highlighted. 

Workshop topics include: Biblical Foundation of Stewardship, Reasons for Giving, Commitment Programs, Year Round Stewardship, Generational Giving, and a consultants panel discussion.
