Leadership Program for Musicians

LPM Atlanta empowers your music ministry

The Leadership Program for Musicians (LPM) empowers music and worship ministries by covering key areas in church music education.  LPM's year-one courses will be offered again in Atlanta beginning in the fall of 2011.

The program seeks to respond to many concerns:
•      Church musicians working in small churches struggle with new ways of doing things and new materials.
•      Young people, who have the potential skills to be a congregation's musician, need encouragement and support.
•      Established musicians value an opportunity to gather and learn from one another.
•      Clergy and laity with an interest in the music of the church need a boost to their worship lives.

The program's goals are to give an increased commitment to music ministry, to improve their musical, pastoral, and leadership skills, and to expand our vision of the variety of music and leadership practices.  For a summary of each course and full details, go to www.lpm-online.org.

The program pays particular attention to the needs and ways of smaller churches. Its  goals are to give an increased commitment to music ministry, to improve their musical, pastoral, and leadership skills, and to expand our vision of the variety of music and leadership practices.
