Diocesan Coordinator

Deborah Bruno (Debbie) Betsill is the Diocese of Atlanta's volunteer coordinator for Episcopal Relief & Development.
A former middle-school teacher and a member of St. James', Marietta, Debbie frequently visits parishes around the diocese. Together with her husband, John, who enjoys flying their Grumman Traveler, head for Middle and North Georgia's smaller airports. “(The plane) lives in Cartersville, and John flies me to all parishes outside of the greater Atlanta area -- from Perry to Clayton to Eatonton," says Debbie. "Some of the churches I've visited multiple times. Without his help, I could not do this ministry." For information about the Diocese of Atlanta's network for Episcopal Relief & Development and to arrange a visit, write to Debbie Betsill.
