Servant-Leadership: The Art of Listening - Session  2                                         

For many, listening is waiting one’s turn to speak. For the servant-leader, it is a critical skill involving the eyes, ears and heart. In this workshop, participants will learn to improve listening skills; learn to listen for feelings as well as facts; and improve communication and feedback skills. All of these skills are taught within the context of servant-leadership and can be used in any setting, including work, family, and the parish.
